The primary roles of these positions are to support, coordinate, execute, and manage pre-commissioning cleaning scope of works at various projects throughout the US with opportunities to travel internationally and work on global projects. All project scopes are designed and engineered by the FourQuest engineering team and implemented in conjunction with client oversight, all in accordance with client, FourQuest policies, practices, and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
Work cohesively with project managers, project engineers, and clients to perform job duties in accordance with project procedures, policies, and safe working practices.
Execute safe and effective pre-commissioning cleaning and testing services in the areas of chemical cleaning, steam blowing, lube oil flushing, air blowing, drying, HPLT testing, system flushing, filtration, and other specialized services as required and assigned.
Participate and or lead in the daily safety toolbox meetings, Field Level Risk Assessments, and contribute overall to the safety and well being of all personnel working on assigned tasks, processes, and procedures.
Prepare equipment, materials, and supplies needed to carry out the assigned duties and scopes.
Operate and test equipment, validate installation, troubleshoot, monitor, and log pertinent data throughout the work.
Make recommendations and adaptations in the field on equipment layouts, installations, and designs as required.
Work closely with client and mechanical support crews to monitor installation of temporary equipment.
Work with and coach others in the use of equipment.
Effectively communicate with site project managers, project engineers, safety supervisors throughout the project.
