Key Responsibilities:
International VISA Coordination:
Act as the liaison between managers in different countries and our legal firms to manage VISA processes.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all VISA-related documentation and processes for employees being sent between companies.
Recruitment Support:
Assist managers with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination.
Participate in job fairs, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to attract top talent.
Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by maintaining communication between managers and candidates.
Onboarding:
Collect and organize all necessary paperwork for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated seamlessly into the company.
Work closely with operations and payroll to streamline the onboarding process and address any related issues promptly.
Policy Familiarization:
Assist managers in understanding and adhering to company policies.
Provide guidance on policy implementation and compliance to ensure consistency across the organization.
Qualifications:
A diploma in a relevant field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Understanding of the importance of handling confidential employee information.
