FourQuest Energy achieves a placing of 244 on Alberta Venture’s 250 highest grossing companies in Alberta
EDMONTON, AB (September 14, 2012) – Alberta Venture magazine has named FourQuest Energy as one of Alberta’s 250 highest grossing companies. FourQuest Energy ranks 244th on the 2012 list.
For the last 10 years, Alberta Venture has published a list of Alberta’s largest public and private companies in its September issue. The list has become an indispensable resource for business people across both the province and country. With the growth of the provincial economy, the list expanded to its highest number yet, from an initial 100 largest companies to a remarkable 250 this year.
“It is an honour that FourQuest Energy has been recognized on the Alberta Venture 250. This is a huge accomplishment for us after only four years in business,” said Nik Grigic, FourQuest Energy President. “We know that the greatest asset a company possesses is its staff; our success wouldn’t be possible without our innovative and energetic employees.”
As a specialized pre-commissioning company, FourQuest Energy doesn’t use “off the shelf” equipment; the majority of it is designed in-house by our engineers. With our versatile equipment, knowledgeable staff, and properly engineered procedures, we are able to provide services to both upstream and downstream energy clients. We also understand the importance of being a leader in the research and development of our field. This is something we continually strive for, and we believe the company’s success is reflected in the reputation we’ve gained over the years.
“In only four years we have expanded globally, achieved ISO 9001:2008 status, and have grown to almost 200 employees,” said Karl Gannon, Executive Vice-President. “Being on this respected list highlights all our efforts and shows we are living up to our mission to be the leaders in the energy industry by providing quality and excellence in our services.”
“With revenue growth of 91% between 2010 and 2011, FourQuest made a statement by debuting on the Venture 250 this year,” says Michael Ganley, editor of Alberta Venture. “The company has grown remarkably in just a few years.”
